The incompetency that Taylor's University College Blackboard7 has is infuriating on many levels. The mobility needed for traveling sees to that, no notes brought on board, completely relying on the online portal which contains relevant lecture materials. However, upon trial yesterday night, both Taylor's Portal and Blackboard were inaccessible for six hours. Six long hours I waited, with constant clicking on the mouse to refresh both pages. This disability which both websites share caused much distress, especially with an examination period coming up.

This late afternoon, I tried accessing to Taylor's Portal and I was delighted that it worked and led to a working Blackboard7 as well. However, I am absolutely furious at the recurring factor that, as listed in Blackboard7, I am not registered for any of the subjects I've taken this semester. This has happened countless times, and this is the only time I'm bringing this up because of the urgency of accessibility to my lecture materials.

I really hope the system would be looked into and reviewed to avoid disappointment and distress caused to their students. Thank you very much.
