The Monkey Says: Nasi Kandar

It's been a pretty hectic week- still is, but anyway, it's about time there are pictures and updates here, albeit only 3 visuals for viewing :D

The campus is packed once again, with proceeding semester students and the new intakes. So many familiar faces seen and countless hugs thrown about. As people return to college from their long break, foundation students leave for theirs in approximately two weeks. It's just this week (flooded with assignments) and the next (finals), and I'm done with my second semester. I foresee a long and draggy break, but I'm going to drag my butt out to fold apparels or something of that sort. We'll see.

Running into the third week of the new year, and yet it still feels like 2008. Nothing much has changed- no resolutions were made. That fading golden thread was perhaps ignited by a celebratory dinner, the building bonds are exposing faces behind masks, and psychological suffocation is taking over.

On a related note, the incredibly long and stretched "getting to know you" process can be both interesting and devastating at times. It's like a new day everyday hehh :)

I'm going to put that eraser behind and buy a folder instead. Mark it as the year before, and make it something to learn from, or be proud of. Grab a pen and camera to prepare materials for the building present year.

Happy New Year everyone.
