The Monkey Says: Amor

Flooded laughter and tears, the beauty lies in sustaining. His flapping hand was humiliated by her friendly handshake. Anticipating the creation of an applause, help came in handy. Nothing was more girly than toilet breaks, constant whispers and a nod in answer. Typically, friends tend to express more excitement. On a 27th, pebbles laid as an audience while the performing arts centre became a celebrated venue. Peeping spies fidget, and a clapping hand wipes the question mark. There it is, the 22nd month in the making.

Drowned in patience, arguments were never present. Pictures may lie, but friends help set the record straight. Present was admiration, oogling, and even at one point, typing aid. How do you do? She was recovering, amused and swept off her feet. Sugar-coated words as these words form the truth. It was as if a baseball game was live, there were three strikes and needless to say, a home run was scored. Strikes were days, and the home run was a happy two. First steps are always tough, therefore friends carve the way. A lovely 30th, basements played a part, disappearing allies caused apparent frustrations- hidden excitement. 7 months, a new beginning being formed for both.

Enveloped with stares, whispers and the ugly index finger. Completely oblivious, feelings cocoon the unconventionality. 3 months in the making, there was a 1% reciprocal. One definitely tires from running, she never stops chasing. As the percentage increases, the group expands. Compatibility was never present in past relationships, arseholes were a plenty. Forget on bended knee, for agreement arrived at the door. Mass forward a simple text, and shocking replies are shot. Forget the difference, celebrate the similarity. A simple 17th, a simple relationship, a lovely 2nd month to live.

Despite constant fears and tears, there was never unhappiness to witness such joy. The glittering eyes, the tangled hands, the shy kisses, all were witnessed. There is history to look back on, and a beautiful one it is indeed. I can finally say that I was there to see it happen for everyone.
