The Monkey Says: Sometimes Apparently Maybe ..

If I was selfless, I'd be more than glad. Your life is a big bowl of sundae filled with vanilla ice cream, sprinkled with orange zest, chocolate chip and the likes. A spoon for yourself as you gobble down every last flavour in the bowl. Occasionally you have the peas you dislike in your sundae. You wonder who in their right mind would include peas in ice cream! You scream, you cuss, you are everything they call a horrible customer. However you learn to accept, not to be fond of, but only to accept, because you lack the liquid for another big bowl of happy sundae. As you devour the delightful sundae, you Smile. But with every pea that happens to be, you Spit, you Throw, you Waste. Oh don't get me wrong, I know you enjoy peas. I know. Just not in your bowl of sundae. They do not co-exist. Barbie and Chucky. Tigers and Lions.

Maybe after all this time, I am the pea you would now happily Spit, Throw and Waste.
