Time really does slow down when you're counting down the seconds.
I happen to have one of the best seats in my examination class; under the fan, second row from front, stable chair and table, not to mention perfectly right in front of the clock. So all I ever do when I'm done doing and checking my paper is look at the clock hands. I always and still think that clocks with the 'seconds' hand moving continuously (not ticking), are inaccurate pffft. It just doesn't look right!
Our invigilators have got to hate their job. If anything falls from your table (which is so often), the invigilator has to get up and pick it up for you. If there is a problem with tying and detaching the paper, the invigilator has to settle it. Get you scissors, new thread etc. The worst part, sitting in a class and looking after a bunch of kids writing on papers. I really wonder what goes on in their mind. and then I wonder if they're married.
cos one of them tend to be so annoying whilst another wears really white wedges so whenever she walks past, her wedges are all I look at. I feel like colouring them with my pens grrrrr
