The Monkey Says: OD On Chinese Dinners

The many Chinese dinners we have with the extended family, with the excuse of my sister leaving. One week before, it was the farewell. The day before, it's the farewell farewell + my birthday (which they only gave angpau to my sister for safe journey and totally forgot it's my birthday!!!!!!! %$#$&%) On the day, it's the .. yeap, you guessed it, farewell farewell farewell. All accompanied with alcohol. Man, the older gen has got to come up with better excuses than us to drink! Also, every dinner must be accompanied with a room and karaoke set where the king of all microphone hoggers- my father will be singing from the beginning till the end. Before intoxication and after -_-''''

Despite it's nice interior, food was two thumbs down. Which is weird though, cos the room downstairs was packed and we were moved upstairs. Weird people.

Eh in the first two dinners, did any of you notice that I curled my hair!!!! My new toy which I, sadly, can't play with anymore unless I want to pull off an Mahjong auntie look. Sigh. Maybe cos I didn't turn on the flash that's why it's not that obvious but really very nice one!!!! Ok just wanted you all to know, I'm off now :)

Oh btw, I don't know which jiwang slash corny slash old school part of me did this but I now have Spice Girls. Boys II Men, Hanson, TLC and S Club 7 (!!!!!!!!) in addition to my playlist. Hmmmm their songs aren't that bad ya. Sickening after a while, but a while's not here yet!!! :D
Lucky you because I don't have my driving license yet, but when I do, and if the mood stays, this is all you'll be listening to when I drive hoho! I'm such a nice friend. Practicing the act of spreading the joy of pop music HAHA

And I feel so preppy today. Tee, shorts, hair up and I'm going to wear shoes. I've not worn shoes since Tamadun Mesopotamia can.
